Requirements for entry into the programme
- Have friendship problems
- Teens in secondary schools
- Young adults ages 18-32
- Teens must agree to participate in the programme voluntarily

How to enrol
We first require a free 15-minute phone screen with the parent and participant to ensure that the group is a good fit. Once this is determined, we schedule the intake appointment completing the paperwork and the overall application process which then holds your space for the next course.
Dates and times of groups
Groups are held on one-week night to be determined. The times typically are from 6pm to 7:30pm each week. For teen online groups we start the teen group before the parent group in order to help provide some supervision if necessary. Once that teen group is complete we start the parent group right afterwards.
Online vs. in-person groups
Due to Covid-19 we will be only offering Online Groups through this year and perhaps after the new year depending on the public health status. The programme was developed to be in person but since last March, we have successfully transitioned online and seen excellent growth and outcomes from our participants.
We will continue to offer an online option even when we move back to in person so that families have a choice with what works best for their situation.
